1st Attempt - Singapore Chilli Crab

Last week, I tried my hand at re-creating Singapore's unofficial national dish, the famous Chilli Crab.
So I bought a few Sri Lanka mud crabs, let them swim for a while in tap water then brought my chopper down on them.

Then, I cleaned them up a bit and prepared some spices to go along with the crabs.

An hour later, voila!

The verdict: Looks like authentic Singapore Chilli Crab; taste like crap! Haha!
Basically, a bit too watery, not sweet enough and too spicy.
